COVID-19 - Our commitment to your health and wellbeing
We are a responsible business that cares deeply about the health and wellbeing of our guests, staff, suppliers and Costa Rica as a whole. We have been strictly following Costa Rican Government guidelines and responding to the COVID-19 pandemic as required. Our resort was completely closed to guests from mid March to mid May whilst we observed self isolation and social distancing.
We invested this downtime in deep cleaning and santising the entire resort by:
Deep cleaning and disinfecting all bedrooms, bathrooms, walls and flooring
Disinfecting and deep cleaning our public spaces, kitchen and communal toilets
Cleaning all furniture and washing all soft furnishings
Repainting rooms and renovating public spaces
Maintaining a rigorous pool cleaning regime.
In keeping with Government protocol, we are now open at 50% capacity. As a small resort, this means that we are able to host twelve guests at any one time. As always, we remain committed to high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and maintenance as part of our day to day business practice.
In addition to the continuation of the above measures, we have also made improvements to our daily room cleaning routine, increased the frequency of disinfecting public areas, educated our staff about effective hand washing techniques, provided hand santiser throughout the resort and distanced tables in our dining and poolside areas.
