Well, what a roller coaster season it has been for us at Libélua Lounge.

From the thrill of early success with the resort full of happy guests and a calendar full of reservations, to the horror of the pandemic with the complete shutdown of Libélula and an empty calendar ahead.
So you can imagine how thrilled we are to have won two prestigious awards from Tripadvisor and Booking.com in 2020.
Our ‘Booking.com Traveller Review Award 2020’ means that our average guest review is 10 out of 10, and our ‘Tripadvisor Travellers’ Choice Award 2020’ means that we are in the top 10% of hotels worldwide for customer satisfaction.
Making our guests feel at home and delivering exceptional customer service is at the heart of everything we do at Libélula Lounge. With the rains of October upon us, we have closed Libélula to carry out essential maintenance, clean and sanitise the resort, and prepare for the new season starting on 1 November 2020.
We will also be looking at ways we can adapt and respond to a rapidly changing marketplace so that we can continue to grow our family business.
Like everyone around the world, we are hoping for a return to normality - whatever that looks like - soon.
